Pay rent and add AutoPay in Stripe. AutoPay will be wired by October 1, 2026. After that date, accounts without AutoPay include a $25 processing and handling charge. The office sets this up — never an automated assistant. This is not a late fee. Rental agreement
Stripe is our ledger. If something is wrong, email unit ID + Stripe invoice/receipt ID + bank/card/Klarna/Amazon/Cash App proof. Staff only step in when proof conflicts with Stripe.
